Our India Pale Ale is brewed specifically to be round in the mouth with a relatively
complex flavor profile created by the interaction of malts, classic British brewer's yeast and
a generous amount of hops.

Our Blanche is a nod to the style of the Belgian Witbier, but without orange peel and
coriander that are substituted by dry hopping with Citra. The slightly spicy flavor comes
largely from the yeast and the delicate taste of exotic fruit (mango) comes from Citra.
