Located in the Château du Capitaine Royal in Puycelsi, we make a variety of seasonal and international beers in small quantities using high quality and mostly local ingredients.

Our beers are handcrafted, unfiltered, non-pasteurized, do not contain any chemical additives and are vegan. The barley and wheat malts that we use come mainly from local farms and are malted at the artisanal micro-maltery "Vieux Silo" in La Sauzière St Jean, just 10 km from Puycelsi. The farm La Clayrac (also 10 km from Puycelsi) takes our spent grain where the sheep and poultry enjoy this dietary supplement.
